Botulinum Toxin injections (e.g. Botox, Bocouture or Azzalure, and often referred to by the Brand “Botox”) can do amazing things - it restores confidence, it winds back the years, and has an incredibly good safety profile.

How do Anti-wrinkle (Botox) injections work?
Botulinum Toxin reduces or stops signals to the muscles that cause lines and wrinkles, so by keeping the muscle relaxed, the skin stops creasing…and voila - the skin is smoother!
How long do Anti-wrinkle (Botox) injections last?
Results are maximal for about 8-12 weeks, but the effects will often last longer. For best results I recommend treatment 3 times per year on average.
What are the side effects of Anti-wrinkle (Botox) injections?
Mild swelling, bruising or redness are possible. Less common/rare include heaviness to eyelid, headaches, blurred vision - but these will be discussed fully at consultation.
Are Anti-wrinkle (Botox) injections safe?
Botulinum Toxin has been used for 40 years and has an excellent safety profile - of all the cosmetic injectable treatments I often recommend this for nervous first-timers, if appropriate.
Will people notice I have had Anti-wrinkle (Botox) injections?
If the right amount is injected for you personally, then you should still look natural and have expression - some people may notice you look fresh or younger. For those clients wanting a much stronger treatment (personal choice) then it would be more obvious as there would be less natural movement retained.
