It is important to note that if at consultation no treatment is recommended, we will inform the patient of this and they can walk away with the deposit refunded: there is no pressure for treatment at all.

  • 1. Arrival

    Arrive at clinic and take a seat in waiting area. Make yourself comfortable and a member of our team will be out to collect you.

  • 2. Consultation and Paperwork

    Medical and medication history taken. Relaxed assessment of patient's anatomy, their main concerns, and then explanation of what treatment options they have. Consent is discussed, and any concerns are answered.

  • 3. What to Expect

    You’ll get an explanation of your treatment, and what to expect. Once that’s clarified we’ll make sure you’re comfortable on the bed or chair.

    Pain relief is also discussed at this point - as to whether you need or want numbing cream. Before photos are taken in all circumstances.

  • 4. Treatment

    During the entirety of the treatment your comfort is paramount.

    Treatment is usually much quicker than many will anticipate and we can review things in the mirror as we go along.

  • 5. Safety and Re-Booking

    Safety netting here is paramount. We will check if there are any complications such as vascular occlusion. Advice is given to avoid infection including advice about heating and make-up.
