Dr Kyra answers phone enquiries personally, and arranges a suitable time to chat through your concerns and whether treatment might be suitable. A consultation is generally offered first.

Emails and enquiry form queries are answered by Skinphinity’s PA, who answers booking queries. Clinical queries are passed to Dr Kyra.

Directions to the clinic along with maps and parking instructions are sent.

Any questions or worries in the meantime can be emailed in and we will reply within approximately 24 hours.

You’ll receive a text and an email reminder regarding your appointment a few days before.

Dr Kyra is available on the end of the phone for any rare emergencies. For other follow ups, you are very welcome to email in and this is arranged for you.
